Ideal for pros working in large teams, cross-functional teams, and matrixed teams in traditional, remote, or hybrid work environments, this workshop enables learning to be carried from one team to the next, encouraging a culture of teamwork.
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s famous Five Behaviors® model and Wiley’s Five Behaviors® Personal Development tool, this powerful half-day virtual or in-person learning experience conducted by Celis Learning Architects assesses your approach to teamwork with personalized insights on the critical behaviors and interpersonal skills needed to work with others effectively.
We will delve into the “superpowers,” fostering dialogue and partaking in group activities with others on the journey to fostering a collaborative culture.

Where is the class being held? The class will be conducted remotely, allowing participants to join from anywhere. Upon registration, detailed instructions on joining the virtual classroom will be provided.
